She’s no stranger to a hectic schedule, and Victoria Beckham confessed that when it comes to handling things, she likes to be the one in control.

The former Spice Girl explained, “I don’t mind making mistakes.  I just can’t live with anyone else’s mistakes.”

Beckham continued, “I’m a complete control freak. I’m not the easiest person to work with because I’m so passionate and being a working mum, it’s a balancing act.”

And in the end, confidence is the key, says Victoria.  “If you don’t believe in yourself, no one else will.  I just want to learn as much as I can. I was always pushed into the theater and dance — it’s just taken me a long time to figure out what I wanted to do.”
